Our leathers are all guaranteed highest quality hides, which have been hand selected from the finest tanneries in the world. Leathers , ranging from lamb, calf, calf hide, python skin, crocodile, and many exotic printed leathers. Any inconsistencies in the leathers should be regarded as one of a kind and not defective. Our hand painted leathers have been tested not to "bleed" or run once the correct care instructions given are carefully followed.
When will my order be shipped? How long will it take to arrive?
Orders can take 1-10 business days to ship (excluding holidays & weekends) depending on the availability of the product. All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days business days for domestic, 6-10 days for international mail.
What is your RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept any returns on our products. We only Exchange after 7 days, as long as the handbag is still in perfect, sellable condition.
Can I order something I see in a different size or color?
We do take custom orders for different color ways, leather selections, ever personalized monogramming. All custom orders require full payment in advance and need to allow 8-12 weeks for arrival. All our merchandise are produced in limited quantity to preserve exclusivity and uniqueness so the colors or sizes are also limited.
An item is listed as sold out. Will you receive more of it?
Once an item is labeled SOLD OUT, it usually means that we will no longer be able to restock it. There are occasions that we may be able to bring it back. If this happens, we will make an announcement via email and/or social media and will put it back online.
Can I track my order?
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail and will receive a tracking number that can be tracked on the USPS website (www.usps.com). International orders shipped USPS First Class Airmail or USPS International Priority do not come with a traceable tracking number. To receive a tracking number, you must upgrade to USPS Express Mail.
